About the Academic Support Plan
Each student in our Learning Support Plan receives a personalized Academic Support Plan, developed just for them by an FLDOE-certified teacher.
The Academic Support Plan identifies goals for tutoring throughout the length of the 24-week Program. Your Academic Support Plan will be developed in the first week in the Program after an information-gathering process involving an introductory call and baseline standardized assessment.
For the first 9 weeks of the program, you may self-schedule up to nine total hours of private, one-on-one tutoring for your child. We recommend either two 30-minute sessions or one 60-minute session per week. During this time, students will also have unlimited access to on-demand lessons and activities through their personalized Exact Path dashboard, which we recommend they visit at least 3 times per week, for at least 15 minutes per visit.
At the end of Week 9, the student's Academic Support Plan will be updated to provide a roadmap for maintaining their learning momentum for Weeks 11-24. In Weeks 11-24, students will continue to receive unlimited access to their customized Exact Path for the remainder of the year. This program is proven to accelerate growth with as little as 40 minutes of use per week and may be accessed online at any time. We recommend continuing to use Exact Path at least 3 times per week, for at least 15 minutes per session.
In addition, current and previously enrolled families alike have access to academic advising services provided by an FLDOE-certified teacher. We are here to help your child succeed!
